Hanna, respectfully, if I could diagnose my own vehicle I would not have come to a shop. My specific concern was the churning or band whip-like sound that I am still currently listening to. You diagnosed that car and claimed a new transmission was required. I am not claiming to be an expert in cars, you are. How could you expect anyone to be happy having paid $4,500 and the concern still exist, car keys lost, came out $800 due to you keeping my car for a week... When you are wrong, it shows your character and integrity to admit it. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

Solid and knowledgeable staff. Repaired a very complex issue on my Mercedes S500 quickly and for WAAAAY less than the other shops wanted to charge. These guys are honest, fair, and extremely well mannered. Will come back for sure!

I had a bypass valve issue with my RAV4 last week. It seems to be a common issue with these models, so I asked around Yelp for help and quotes. I found “The Recon Garage” and their support agents were very helpful! Rodrigo was the agent who answered all my questions quickly and accommodated my schedule with kids.
