  1. Call us first — Before authorizing any repair, so we can review your coverage and contact your warranty company on your behalf.
  2. We contact your provider — Our team handles the claim call, documents the need for repair, and obtains the authorization.
  3. Repairs begin — Once approved, our technicians get to work.
  4. You pay only what's left — Your deductible or any non-covered items. We also offer financing for any out-of-pocket costs.


Every qualified repair we do at The Recon Garage is backed by our own 12-month or 12k-mile warranty.

Do I need to call my warranty company before bringing my car in?

It's best to call us first. We'll review your plan and initiate the claim on your behalf. Most providers require pre-authorization before repairs begin.


Will my extended warranty cover everything?

What if my warranty company doesn't approve the full repair cost?

We'll walk you through your options. Financing is available, and we'll never recommend more than what's truly needed.
